Our Post-Closing Department is looking to hire a Correspondent Acquisitions Coordinator.

Job Title: Correspondent Acquisitions Coordinator

Reports To: Post-Closing Acquisitions Manager / Director of Acquisitions

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Post-Closing

Division: Correspondent

Salary Range: $45K to $50K

Summary: Responsible for working with TPR diligence companies & correspondent clients to review, clear, and purchase loans for NQM Funding, LLC’s correspondent channel. Assist in the timely purchase of correspondent loans by end-investors.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Tracks pipeline for loans reviewed by diligence to vet conditions before release to correspondent client.

• Tracks loans within individual pipelines daily to expedite purchase of loan. This includes reaching out to clients, lock desk, AEs, etc. until missing or requested items are received.

• Maintains a friendly and constant relationship with correspondent clients to facilitate loan purchase and request escalations on loans for purchase as needed.

• Uses critical thinking and loan knowledge to prepare & submit exception requests or waivers as applicable to each loan.

• Must have knowledge of NonQM and Business Purpose Loans.

• Must have knowledge of TRID and TRID rules required to review and vet loans for cures or the completion of cure documents.

• Must have knowledge of the workings of a closing disclosure and escrows for input of escrow data into loan operating system (Encompass).

• Other assigned tasks or responsibilities that may not be delineated above.
