Our TPO Operations Department is looking to hire a Relationship Manager who lives on the West Coast of the United States.

Reports To: AVP, TPO Operations Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Department: TPO Operations

Division: TPO

Salary Range: $65K to $75K per year

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Summary: Provides customer support to TPO or NDC customers and account executives as a member of the Production Support Team. The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact between the Client and internal NP, Inc. departments and is responsible for managing the loans through the pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee loans throughout each stage of the process, work with the client to obtain necessary conditions to move the loan through the process
• Point of contact for any issues or escalations from the client and/or the Account Executive
• Partner with Account Executives on pipeline management and client relationship development
• Provide loan status to client throughout the loan process
• Manage lock expirations and estimated closing dates
• Lead onboard training for new clients; including training on our portal and/or how to do business with NP, Inc.
• Knowledge of our TPO or NDC Portal to help Clients when they have issues and help to add documents that are needed for underwriting
• Be available to clients and account executives to answer underwriting questions on non-QM programs, including working with underwriting and/or management on possible condition and documentation alternatives
• Communicates needed items to complete a requested review to requestor and account executive
• Maintain company service level and turn-time standards
• Stay abreast of changes to underwriting guidelines
• Coordinate with management, sales and underwriting in order to improve efficiencies and customer service within the department and across other departments within the TPO or NDC division
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A combination of experience and education will be considered. 3-5 years of mortgage lending experience, preferably at a senior processor or junior underwriter level.
